Architecture by Design was established in 1992 by Dwight N. Gilliland. Dwight, the owner and principal architect, brings to the firm 47 years of consulting in the architectural field with the last 40 as a registered architect. Our architects are licensed in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia; and are members of the AIA, GBCI, and NCARB.
